Looks like this one has been around for a long long time. It's still a bug,
though, and it's starting to cause problems for us. Koha lets you delete an
item which is checked out to someone, and offers no warnings. When the deletion
is made, the item is still in the issues table. When a patron's record is
brought up, the screen indicates that there is an overdue, but no overdue is
listed (because there's nothing in the database with that item number).
Koha should either refuse to delete such an item or offer to return the item
before deleting it.
