Because patron images are stored according to the patron's card number,
existing images are lost (no longer connected to that patron) if you change a
patron's card number. The obvious solution would be to store patron images
according to borrowernumber. Perhaps the patron upload process could still
accept data based on cardnumber and convert automatically to borrowernumber?
