We've taken a huge step backwards in functionality: the MARC view no longer
obeys the 'LabelMARCView' syspref, which is supposed to have two choices:
'standard', where all tags in the MARC are identified; and 'economical', with
the French-library preference where same tags are merged together in the
display. This must be fixed before release as it is a large source of confusion
and will cause many librarians to 'loose their marbles' :-) I'll close out this
bug and re-open a new one.
