On my MAC (with Firefox) I don't even see that the authorized fields in the
cataloging module are gray - I only knew it was gray because I saw it on
someone else's PC (so I had no idea I couldn't edit it until my delete button
wasn't responding)

    * GMC: noted - worth filing a Koha enhancement and checking with Owen about
how to improve display.
