I'm sending a patch that does two things:

- allows the 'Delete' choice to trigger the javascript warning about attached
items.
- styles the 'Delete' choice to look like a disabled menu item (grey)

Note that there doesn't seem to be an option in Koha 3 to delete a biblio with
items attached. This functionality is in dev_week.
