I also just added last week renewals, so there are still 2 slips, but on the
quick slip patrons also see renewals and dates, because in my experience most
patrons want to see the renewals even on a short slip. If they have 50 items
out, check out 5 more, renew 10, it is still a *far* shorter slip. 

I'll send this patch (to the patch) next week. It is an add on for the current
one and is also short.
