my firefox plugin - next to the screenshots

I have installed the new version of the Koha Offline Circ Tool for Firefox and
then went to the wiki to read the instructions
(http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=offline_circulation_firefox_plugin) and found
that my install doesn't show the calendar like in the screenshots.
