Because of the default TinyMCE settings, editing intranet help via the staff
client and generating patches against that can make the resulting patches
difficult to read.  This is because TinyMCE by default minifies the HTML into a
single line.

Will tweak the settings so that the original formatting is preserved, making it
easier to read help patches and determine what changed.
