Tested with 3.01.00.117

The message feature in patron account does not work for branches with
branchcodes > 4 characters.

When adding a message for branch bib, message is saved and shown in patron
account.

When adding a message for branch bibsee, message is saved, but not shown in
patron account.

Both messages were saved in table messages.

1,1,"BIB","L","Testing notes sysetm","2009-12-15 04:17:37"
2,2,"bibs","L","Testing again","2009-12-15 04:20:02"

branchcode in branches is varchar(10), branchcode in messages is varchar(4).
