This feature is intended for museums, archives, and other sites which catalog
auction house material.  It adds 591, 592, and 593 fields to the default
framework and creates indexes.  The fields are used for Place of Auction (591),
Date of Auction (592) and Auction Code (593).

Display of the auction searches in advanced search is controlled by a syspref
(ShowAuctionSearchOptions), since not all sites will want to use these fields.
