This patch changes the output of a several C4 subroutines; a test plan should
include first identifying all calls to those subroutines, and then any calls to
subroutines making those calls, and so on.  Scope should include more than just
C4 (include all script pages and cronjobs).

This comment does not indicate anything about the patch itself; just want to
communicate the need for thorough and cautious testing for anything that
changes C4 subroutines input or output, since such changes cascade the most
easily.
