Advanced Notice: Set day needs checkbox Email to be checked

Updating the value needs the Email checkbox to be checked, otherwise it is
reset to 0.

I think this is by design, because setting days makes no sense if no notice is
to be sent.

However I needed some time to find it out. Maybe it would be a good idea to
display some explanation?
