For those following along in the "Jared's adventure in understanding Koha
theming," I have an update! With Chris's help, I have come to better understand
how the theming system works in Koha, and have a new proposal: rather than
replacing the CSS in prog, we can make this into a separate theme
(incorporating many of the markup changes from this theme into prog, since they
make little difference in terms of appearance), and that way librarians will be
able to choose which theme they prefer.
