Add print receipt option to Koha Self-check.

It should:

* Bring up alert box upon hitting 'finish' ( like transfer/hold alert in CKI
module)
* "Would you like a receipt?" - options 'Yes' / 'No'
* Print receipt if 'Yes' --- else, no receipt.
