How to test:

* Switch DisplayOPACiconsXSLT to show
* Switch the XSLT templates for the OPAC to default
* Test you see the icons generated from the MARC controlfields
* Switch OpacResultsItemtypeImage to Information from the Koha biblio level
itemtype
* You should now see the biblio level itemtype image showing instead
