Excellent.  My OCD side of me says indent everything past "Checked out:" so it
is more visually attractive.  Something like this:

But this is just a simulated example.  Don't know how the formatting would
actually look or work.

I'd also suggest a contrasting background color to help bring attention to it. 
Unlike some of the warning messages that are yellow, I'd maybe use a faint
green background?
