I would like to get other QA point of view here.

The changes in GetMarcBiblio does not provided any tests. But none of
GetMarcBiblio and EmbedItemsInMarcBiblio have tests!
It would be very good nice to see these 2 subroutines tested, but should we
block this patch set for this reason?
