As discussed with Thomas and Katrin I've now tracking this patch set in my
public github repository and keeping it rebased appropriately.

The latest version of the patch will laways be available at:
https://github.com/mrenvoize/Koha/tree/bug_8446

This is basically to make it easier to apply, as not wanting to loose
attribution means that squashing the patches to prevent merge conflicts with
updatedatabase would be 'bad'.
