The Tamil indexer is not part of Koha core, and given that bugs 11078 and 6435
have been pushed, the indexer that /is/ is core can now act as a respectable
daemon.

Consequently, I'm not inclined to push this as is. Please resubmit a version
that uses rebuild_zebra.pl as the default indexer.

Setting to in discussion, but I will need a very good reason to budge on
sticking with rebuild_zebra.pl -daemon.
