Against the master 3.17.00.001 the patch needs to be rebased:

Applying: Bug 11169: Display acquition details at the OPAC
Using index info to reconstruct a base tree...

So I pass the patch from "Failed QA" status (please see comment n.31) to "Patch
doesn't apply" status.
