There is a little error in opac/opac-addbybiblionumber.pl : 
  Line 120 : $shelf->
This brakes the addition of records in a list.

Other point :
I see in opac/opac-addbybiblionumber.pl :
    } else {
        # TODO
    }
Why not using $errcode ? like in virtualshelves/addbybiblionumber.pl ?
