SMS Notices/Messages list a few SMS::Send drivers. Typically these are meant
for SMS services in North American / Western Europe / elsewhere in the world.
None of the listed examples work in India. 

I request for making an inclusion for a India specific regional context driver,
given that this is regular question on Koha m/l from Indian users. I would like
to submit a patch that inclusion.
