Yep, you're right. But at least with this one I can reproduce another kind of
metadata (DC-XML standard, SRW-DC, RDF serialization) starting from a marc
record. Besides, this enhancement let us to work with more than simple dc
(namespace for elements 1.1) otherwise works with complete dcterms namespace.

With HTTP::OAI::Metadata::OAI_DC -I think- you need to create a record from
scratch.

I think that this can be corrected if we do the conversion between unimarc and
marc 21 flavor as i explained in comment 98.
NORMARC works like marc21, so i don't need to fix somethin here.

I will work with the corrections and make something to convert unimarc to
marc21.
