That's a good question. Ideally, someone (e.g. me) would try everything from
the current guide to see if it works or not, then maybe fill in any gaps.

With the addition of ElasticSearch, that's going to become a lot more difficult
though, I think. 

Unfortunately, I'm not working much on Koha at the moment, so I don't have time
to do this myself :/.
