If patron barcodes are used for the list of patrons in a batch this
modification can be simulated by entering the barcodes in desired sequence.
Preparing a list of barcodes and ordering it as desired could be done
externally using a spread sheet, e.g. calc. I have no idea how to produce a
list of patron numbers with the desired ordering.
