Bug 18462 [Follow-up] Implemented bootstrap styling on the web installer and
onboarding tool

This patch adds some changes which were left out of the transfer from
Bug 17942. Other general markup issues have been corrected.

To test, apply the patch and run through the install and onboarding
process. Each step should look correct and work correctly. HTML should
validate.
