As I know, Jiri is not working on Koha anymore,

I tried to somehow make a first draft of RF for this:

I wanted to simplify it, but I have not an idea if it will work ;) Maybe I
over-simplify it ;)

If you can have a quick look on it, I would really aprecciate it.
