I just retested this patch and it *still* fixes the problem for me on
kohadevbox.

Here is a video. In the first part I'm testing plain master without the patch,
then with the patch under cgi. In the second video I'm testing it with plack
enabled for the marc record stager. I had running commentary, but I forgot to
enable voice recording ; )
