I'm confused about this bug report. If it is about the MarcEdit tool
(http://marcedit.reeset.net/) then it is INVALID.
If it is proposing a new way to edit MARC records within Koha, then it is quite
similar to Rancor (the expert cataloguing interface) and thus any bugs should
be filed against it (included in mainline Koha).
