Hi,

this kind of error indicates that your Koha installation can't connect to the
database. There can be different reasons for this to happen, but it's very
likely not a bug but a setup issue of your installation. These kinds of
questions are better asked on the mailing list:

Many more people will read there and be able to help than on bugzilla which is
used for tracking bugs and enhancement requests primarily.

Please make sure to include information about your installation to make it
easier to help: Which version do you use? Did it work before? New installation?
How was it installed? Which OS? etc.
