I'm confused.. was that last patch a followup to silence the spurious warnings
on koha-testing-docker after this bug was applied?

I get the feeling we should probably make the logpath writable in
koha-testing-docker as a resolution (I like being told loudly that logging
isn't working, which this bug actually introduced).

Either way.. the followup doesn't appear to resolve the problem.
