Good work team, well shepherded to completion.

This works well for me and I'm unable to find any regressions.. QA scripts all
pass (with the exception of the git manipulation issue where I converted the
.sql file to a .perl one as per the current RM's preference). 

Passing QA.. any chance of something for the release notes?
