Hi Kyle,

I am not able to test:
Can't call method "libraries_where_can_edit_items" on an undefined value at
/kohadevbox/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl line 178

Also, do not you think "edit_any_items" description should refer to "libraries
in the same group" and not only "home library"?
