When creating a new patron card layout the layout name is not a required field,
but the layout won't save if it's left empty. 

There will also be an error in the log:

Database returned the following error: Column 'layout_name' cannot be null at
/home/vagrant/kohaclone/C4/Creators/Layout.pm line 183.
Manage interface called an unsupported operation: save at
/home/vagrant/kohaclone/patroncards/manage.pl line 103.
