I have an issue here with the data structures: In Koha we ususally store the
code (authorised_value) for referencing, this patch uses the
authorised_values.id which is the numerical PK of the table. I can see where
this is coming from, but as it would be the only place in Koha working like
that. It will make it impossible to use our TT plugins for dealing with the
descriptions etc.
