Hi Ahmad, 
I think there is a misunderstanding about the checkbox - the checkbox will
filter (select) items that are withdrawn. Also, the filters only work if you
are not using a barcode file. 
Your screenshot suggests that you had barcodes in your file where the items
have been withdrawn from Koha. Is that possible?
