A first idea I had was to add prefixes... CATEGORY_AUTHVALUE, but the numerical
ones are a problem there. The datatypes won't make it possible without more
changes. Having a new table for each of those is also not the right way.

Would a combined primary key not solve the issue? (category, authorised_value)
- those ARE unique and enforced.
