QA failure I'm afraid:

1) Changes to a module without corresponding additions to the tests.
2) I 'think' this patch introduces noise in the existing tests (which makes me
think it introduces noise in the logs too, but that is untested). - [Use of
uninitialized value $frameworktype in string eq at
~/kohaclone/C4/ImportExportFramework.pm line 1157.]

Otherwise, we're really close now.
