When testing ES I found I was unable to complete searches for 'se' and that
when  UseAuthoritiesForTracings was set to use I could not find subject by
authority number 'an'

'se' is fixed in bug 19575 - I think we should rename 'an' to 'auth-number' and
add a conversion
