--- Comment #28 from Victor Grousset/tuxayo <victor.grousset at biblibre.com> ---
Hi,

I'm *not* a on DevBox *nor* on the packaged version, so perhaps it's my
environment:

I had to install
Plack::Middleware::LogErrors
Plack::Middleware::LogWarn

So Koha work after that.
But the logs show

-------------
2019/02/15-16:56:53 Starman::Server (type Net::Server::PreFork) starting!
pid(4148)
Binding to UNIX socket file "/home/koha/var/run/plack.sock"
Setting gid to "33 33"
Setting uid to "33"
Log4perl: Seems like no initialization happened. Forgot to call init()?
Log4perl: Seems like no initialization happened. Forgot to call init()?
------------------

Does this sound familiar? I'll keep investigating my env.
