Sounds interesting.

I always figured OPALS was a different system but
http://help.opalsinfo.net/about/opals-source-code/ sure makes it sound like a
Koha fork. The demo OPAC looks like something from the '90s but the OPAC is the
smallest part of Koha anyway. They probably leverage the existing admin side...
