I submitted bug 18731 in order to create a version of this that can be loading
as-needed (AJAX pagination). But Jonathan suggested we had a better endpoint
that exposes an extended data structure so it requires less requests to render
it all (i.e. instead of a library_id, embed the complete library object on each
row to render the name, etc).

I will propose an /extended suffix as a generic way to specify we want related
objects embedded.
