Is this ready for testing? When I run updatedatabase I get some errors:

DEV atomic update: bug_18925.perl
DBD::mysql::db selectrow_array failed: Table
'koha_kohadev.branch_borrower_circ_rules' doesn't exist [for Statement "
        SHOW COLUMNS FROM branch_borrower_circ_rules
        WHERE Field = ?
