Well, I might be arguing semantics here, but I feel like what we could provide
is a very well documented _test plan_, without the strings attached of turning
this into a _discussion_.

There have been discussions, from all the way back when François was here and
argued that the calendar had to be made more effective. We had experimental
evidence that this development was needed, it came to be, and it's now used in
our production environment after years of additional feedback from our clients.

> You are proposing to rewrite a core feature of Koha, a very important functionality that will affect circulation and holds.

I'm not really proposing to rewrite a core part of Koha, we _did_ rewrite a
core part of Koha! That's, I think, the core disagreement here. I cannot let
this return to a full fledged battleground of comments where we're asked to
rewrite, rearchitecture, and pretty much redo a whole slew of commits when what
we offer here works.

> An RFC should serve as a summary of said comments and conversations simply showing the conversations have taken place and what the agreed outcomes were of those conversations.

And if the scope of the RFC stays there, I believe this is a middle ground
that's perfectly acceptable. If I has to QA this, I would definitely appreciate
a concise overview of what's offered.

Documentation is on the way.
