With 18.11 Koha update, bug 15505 resolved the status display of holds on
records.  When a hold is on a record, then the OPAC will say - pending hold, on
hold.  However, as Hayley is commenting, item level holds is still appearing
misleading to patrons.  See Hayley's comment for how it displays for the
OPAC/Staff for item level holds. We would like to see the same sort of status
message for the user to see on the OPAC as opposed to Available, which is
currently displays, although the staff client knows there is an item level hold
which hasn't yet been triggered.
