Users can delete/clear out the dateexpiry (patron expiration date) in the Batch
Patron Modification tool. Koha needs a patron expiration date and will
autocalculate a new patron expiration date when that patron is next modified.

Can we remove the 'clear' feature on the expiration date for Patron batch
modification?
