Is this related to
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Patrons_messaging_preferences_endpoint_RFC
and ready for voting? We got a meeting tomorrow and could add it to the agenda
right away.

There was a bit of discussion on the wiki page - so please check the bottom of
