I am not sure if I still do too :) Waited too long..
But I guess it is about things like:

if ( $line =~ qr{<a href="([^"]+)} ) {

Here you handle the URI in the href attribute. Which is good. But I do not see
something similar for handling the src attribute of an img tag.
Probably that was my question ;)
