Hi all,
 I have fixed all the problems now.
  1- adding verbose tests to t/db_dependent/Biblio.t
  2- Remove line use C4::Heading in authorities/authorities.pl
  3- Move cataloguing/automatic_linker.pl  to svc and call  BiblioAutoLink 
with verbose
  4- Using Css class in all .tt
  5- Changing the message <tag> No matching authority found when the authority
is created or imported
