hi there, i think you have bumped into a file permission problem (that you've
introduced?), while upgrading

try checking the owner/perms for /etc/koha/sites/jack/*

"Live CDs and DVDs ... are not officially supported by Koha, and any
difficulties should be taken up with the creator of them.
